|1. How do I use the Bruce Blinds website?
Bruce Blinds has been designed from the ground up to be an easy to use and friendly site. We have arranged our selection of Blinds into 8 categories, which are always accessible from the menu on the left of the screen. Click on the category you are interested in, then select a colour and enter your blind measurements. Any options available for the blinds of your choice will be presented to you before a quote is generated by our engine.
2. Is Bruce Blinds Secure?
The Bruce Blinds website is secure. All your card details are processed by our payment provider Sage Pay (formerly Protx), who use SSL encryption to complete your transaction. Bruce Blinds do not have access to your card details at any time. The only details we hold about you are your address details, and these are used simply for shipping the orders.
3. Can I order samples of your swatches?
Yes. We offer samples of our blinds FREE of charge. Simply click the order sample button on the blinds of your choice and enter your address details. We will then send out a sample of the swatch selected to the address you supply without charge. For help with Swatch Samples view our help page here.
4. How much is Shipping?
Shipping is now FREE for all orders placed online and our blinds can be shipped anywhere in the UK. We ship all orders via private courier to ensure a speedy and safe delivery.
5. How Long does delivery take?
Delivery times are published on our delivery page, available from the top navigation. Delivery times are in working days & are estimates only. Please allow an extra day or so after the delivery estimate before contacting Bruce Blinds. Sometimes delays can be caused by Couriers in your local area being busy or due to delays in the manufacturing process. This is rare but can happen. We will always inform you if there are any stock shortages or discontinued items.
6. Where are my samples?
If you have ordered free samples from our website we will strive to get them out to you within 48 hours (on weekdays). Please allow 5 working days before contacting us about samples which have not arrived. Sometimes they go missing in the post in which case we will issue replacements to you.
7. Why didn't I receive fitting instructions?
Fitting instructions aren't normally included in the box with the blinds as fitting is fairly straightforward. We do however offer downloadable fitting instructions in PDF format which can be downloaded from the measure & fit page, available from the top navigation bar.
